On 12 June 2012, CMC member organizations (Cluster Munition Coalition), IKV Pax Christi (Nederlands) and FairFin (formerly Netwerk Vlaanderen) (Belgium) have the third update of the report 'Worldwide Invesments in Cluster Munitions: a shared responsability'. The first report came out on October 29, 2009, and subsequent updates were published in April 14, 2010 and May 2011.

In this report, SETEM and the Centre Delàs For Peace and Justice Studies uncover the connections between the banks and the military industrial complex in Spain. Fourty-two institutions have provided financial support with more than €1.37 billion to the Spanish military-industrial complex from 2007 to 2011. Most prominent are: Bankia, Liberbank, Banco Santander, Caixabank, BBVA, Catalunya Caixa, Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell, Ibercaja and Bankinter.
